Hello, I'm Jenna
I've been a Pilates Instructor since 2018 and I'm lucky I get to call this my job.
I run a range of classes that allow everyone to experience all the amazing things Pilates can bring to your life. I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal classes, where you can safely and effectively strengthen and prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy and beyond.

Multiple DatesSun 22 FebWild GooseYou’ll start the morning with a 45-minute Pilates class held in the beautifully restored Victorian Toilet event space – a truly atmospheric setting to stretch, strengthen and find your flow. Afterwards, you’ll head upstairs to Wild Goose. Brunch awaits. Please bring a mat to the class.
Sat 07 MarKemnay, AB51 5BGA day that meets you where you are. Expect fresh juices, followed by pregnancy-focused Pilates & strength training to help you feel safe & strong. After a nourishing homemade lunch, we’ll slow down with gentle Pilates for relaxation & birth preparation, finishing with a guided meditation.
Multiple DatesThu 19 MarWild GooseA relaxed evening Pilates class followed by the option to stay and socialise after in Wild Goose. After class, guests are invited to enjoy the space with wine, charcuterie, or soft drinks, and good company. There are 2 ticket options available - class only or Pilates Social.
Sat 28 MarBreathing Space StudioIts back! Join me for a 2 hour Pilates session. We will use small equipment to add a little challenge to our first session, and finish with a mindful mobility and stretch session. This is perfect if you've never tried Pilates before, or your already a fan! Healthy juices and snacks included.
